VA-Standard filter head for pre- and post-filter cartridge

Product information "VA-Standard filter head for pre- and post-filter cartridge"

VA-Standard-Cartridge System
In water filtration it is very important to use a reliable and robust water filter cartridge system. Often, the pre- and post-filters are the Achilles' heel of a water treatment system, its weak point. The filter cartridges have to withstand pressure peaks of up to 50 bar that can occur in the water pipe. The cartridge must not burst or even jump out of the cartridge head. In addition, the filter cartridge must ensure a high flow rate in connection with the filter medium used.

The VA-Standard - cartridges are sealed using a rotary welding process, which results in maximum strength. In addition, each cartridge has its own seals, which do not have to be laboriously cleaned, checked or replaced when changing the filter. With every new and fresh cartridge you also get new seals.

The connection between the VA-Standard head and the VA-Standard cartridge is realized using a bayonet lock. If the cartridge is under pressure, the connection snaps into the bayonet lock. This makes it almost impossible to loosen or open the connection under pressure. Another feature is the mechanical blocking of the water supply on the VA-Standard head. If the VA-Standard cartridge is removed, two mechanical valves lock the water inlet and outlet in the VA-Standard head. This technology prevents water from leaking out of the VA-Standard head in an uncontrolled manner and causes damage to the water treatment system or the environment.

The VA-Standard cartridge system is modern, robust and safe. It is also perfect as a kit to realize your own water filter variations.

VA-Standard - Sediment-Filter, PP cartridge
Sediment filtration: The sediment filter removes coarse suspended solids, often caused by mechanical contamination. These coarse particles strain all further filter stages. Sediment filters are, therefore, ideal pre-filters. Filter properties: Filters dirt particles, sand, mud and rustFilters all particles larger than 5 µmConsists of pressed polypropylene fiberTemperature: min. 4 °C, max. 38 °CWorking pressure: min. 1,38 bar, max. 5,52 barFlow rate: 2.0 lFiltration capacity: approx. 3.500 lVA-Standard-Cartridge-SystemUsing a reliable and robust water filter cartridge system in water filters is essential. With every new membrane cartridge, you also receive new seals. The connection between the VA-Standard-Membrane-Head and the VA-Standard-Membran-Cartridge is established using a bayonet lock. If the cartridge is under pressure, the connection of the bayonet lock engages more firmly. This makes it almost impossible to loosen or open the connection under pressure. Another feature is the mechanical lock of the water supply in the VA-Standard-Membrane-Head. VA Standard - Granulated Activated Carbon Filter, GAC Cartridge
Activated carbon filtration: Activated carbon filters remove pollutants such as dust, heavy metals and organic substances, odours, and tastes. During the service life of the activated carbon, the contaminants accumulate in the filter. Therefore, the replacement must take place at appropriate intervals. If no replacement takes place, the substances already absorbed may be released, which in turn causes additional water contamination. Filter properties:Activated carbon granulate made from 100% coconut shell.Filters dust, heavy metals, organic substances, odours and tastes. The activated carbon block can absorb more chlorine and other gases than activated carbon granules and is recommended when the tap water is polluted with chlorine, for example.Reduces chlorine odourTemperature: min. 4 °C, max. 38 °CWorking pressure: min. 1,38 bar, max. 5,52 barFlow rate: 1,89 lFiltration capacity: approx. 2.000 lVA-Standard-Cartridge-SystemUsing a reliable and robust water filter cartridge system in water filters is essential.
