Kinder trinken sauberes Wasser von VISION AQUA im Garten

Clean drinking water anywhere and anytime

Especially when traveling to foreign countries where the quality of drinking water cannot be accurately assessed as a layperson, access to clean water at all times is crucial. After all, nobody wants to spend their vacation in the hospital after just a few days. That's why we developed the VA-Basic, which provides you with water that is as it should be - absolutely pure and particularly digestible.

The VA-Basic water filter uses the membrane diffusion principle to purify water, removing up to 99 % of dissolved and harmful foreign substances in the water. Viruses and bacteria, microplastics, sediments and suspended matter, drug residues, as well as radioactive elements and noble gases such as chlorine have no chance and are effectively filtered out of the water. What remains is a crystal-clear and particularly tasty, soft, and pure water that you know from VISION AQUA®.

Save yourself buying bottles and avoid plastic waste

With the VA-Basic water filter, you can completely avoid buying bottled water while on vacation and thus avoid unnecessary plastic waste. This not only saves you money, but also makes an active contribution to environmental protection. Not only drink in an environmentally friendly way, but also sustainably.

Schneller und einfacher Filterwechsel beim mobilen Wasserfilter VA-Basic

Push & Click – Fast and Easy Filter Replacement

The Push & Click process makes replacing the filter of the VA-Basic water filter a breeze. You can quickly replace the replacement filters within minutes without any additional tools. If you use the VA-Basic in a camper or motorhome, you can easily make the system winter-proof thanks to the simple filter replacement.

The connection between the filter cartridge and filter head is realized by means of a bayonet lock. Under pressure, the connection snaps into the bayonet lock more tightly, making it difficult to loosen or open the connection. Two mechanical valves in the filter heads lock the water inlet and outlet during filter replacement. This prevents water from leaking out of the system uncontrollably and causing damage.

The VISION AQUA® standard filter cartridges are sealed by friction welding to withstand pressure peaks of up to 50 bar without bursting or even jumping out of the cartridge head. This ensures the highest level of strength.

In addition, the replacement filter cartridges have their own seals that do not need to be cleaned, inspected, or replaced during filter replacement.

Sediment filter

Pre-filter used for the pretreatment of water.

The high-quality 5 µm sediment filter, which ensures optimal filter quality, is ideal for efficient protection of the original Dow® FILMTEC™ material quality membrane in the VA-Basic mobile water filter. Thanks to its robust construction, the longevity of the filter is guaranteed, providing a filtration capacity of up to 3,000 liters.
To ensure uninterrupted operation of the VA-Basic mobile water filter, the 5 µm sediment filter should be replaced at regular intervals every six months, depending on the water quality, it may need to be replaced more frequently.

Quality membrane made with original Dow® FILMTEC™ material

The VA-Basic water filter uses this membrane for the production of pure water

The high-quality membrane made with original Dow® FILMTEC™ material is the centerpiece of the VA-Basic water filter and is among the most effective and reliable on the market. With it, you can obtain clean drinking water of the highest quality.

The high-quality membrane made with original Dow® FILMTEC™ material is only permeable to water molecules with a maximum size of 0.28 nanometers. Beyond the membrane, nearly completely clean water accumulates, while the non-permeable dissolved substances in the water are retained and flushed out of the VA-Basic through the drain. The result is safe, clean, and delicious drinking water.

Activated carbon post-filter

Post-filter for improving taste

The activated carbon post-filter eliminates unwanted color, taste, and odor from your drinking water. With its excellent adsorption properties, it easily retains noble gases such as chlorine while improving the taste of the water. To ensure long-lasting use of the VA-Basic water filter, the activated carbon post-filter should be replaced every 12 months, depending on the incoming water quality, even in shorter intervals.
The activated carbon post-filter is designed for a maximum filtration capacity of up to 3,000 liters.

Note!

The VA-Basic travel water filter is delivered dry and not flushed! Before use, approximately 10-15 liters of water must flow through the VA-Basic travel water filter.
