What does a VA-Care 10 year package include? 1. You will always get the right and most up-to-date replacement filters for your system delivered to your home at the right time. 2. Should the heart of the system fail, you will get the expensive molecular filter membranes replaced during the VA-Care guarantee period, including the labor costs. However, no more than twice in 10 years.3. The guarantee acquired with VA-Care relates to all components installed in the device, including electrical components such as pumps, valves or controls.Excluded from the guarantee are components that are directly related to the filtration or are dependent on the water quality. This includes the pre and post filters.The pre- and post-filters must be changed every year and are included in every VA Care package.
