What does a VA-Care 10 year package include?
1. You will always get the right and most up-to-date replacement filters for your system delivered to your home at the right time.
2. Should the heart of the system fail, you will get the expensive molecular filter membranes replaced during the VA-Care guarantee period, including the labor costs. However, no more than twice in 10 years.
3. The guarantee acquired with VA-Care relates to all components installed in the device, including electrical components such as pumps, valves or controls.
Excluded from the guarantee are components that are directly related to the filtration or are dependent on the water quality. This includes the pre and post filters.
The pre- and post-filters must be changed every year and are included in every VA Care package. The molecular filter membranes must be changed depending on wear, but no more than twice every 10 years.
4. 72-hour device replacement - should a molecular filter system fail completely, we will provide you with a replacement device within 72 hours.
The VA-Care 10-year package includes the following products and services:
1. 9 x filter set for 9 years.
2. 4 x replacement membranes (2 x 2 pieces) within the 10 years.
3. 10 year guarantee on the complete system including electrical components such as pumps and valves.
