Pressure switches and pressure sensors for water filters
Pressure switches and transmitters are essential components for monitoring and controlling your reverse osmosis system. They ensure that the water pressure in the system remains within the optimal range, protecting it from damage caused by overpressure or pressure drops. Our pressure switches and transmitters are precise, reliable, and easy to integrate into existing systems, ensuring the smooth operation of your water filtration system.
Precise Monitoring for Maximum Safety
By using high-quality pressure switches and transmitters, you can maintain the performance of your reverse osmosis system at the highest level. These components quickly detect deviations from normal operation and ensure that your system responds efficiently to changing pressure conditions. This extends the lifespan of the system and minimizes the risk of failures – ideal for both private and commercial applications.

The pressure switch reacts to a pressure of 1 - 10 bar (maximum pressure can be adjusted stepless). The electrical contact is interrupted (opened) if the pressure is reached. It is a toggle pressure switch, which has the properties of an NC or an NO pressure switch, depending on the assignment (connection). Application is mainly in the ultrapure water segment (permeate), when, e.g. a tap is closed.Technical data:Switch type: toggle switchAdjustment range: 1 to 10 barConnection (for water pipe): 1/4" external threadOverpressure proof up to 300 barSwitching capacity: 4A, 250V Materials: body made of 1.4305 (stainless steel), seal and diaphragm made of FKMTemperature range: -5°C to +120°CSwitching differential: 10 - 30 %Protection class: IP 65 (terminals IP 00)Cable connection: 6.3 mm x 0.8 mm flat plug (cable lug)What is a pressure switch? In our case, we are talking about pressure switches that close or open an electrical connection at a certain predefined or set pressure (in this case, water pressure). What is an NC pressure switch?A pressure switch that keeps a connection closed in a pressureless state and opens it only under a certain pressure is called NC or carries this designation.NC stands for normally closed. These pressure switches are suitable for switching off, e.g. relays or pumps, when a certain pressure is reached. What is a NO pressure switch?A pressure switch that keeps a connection open in a pressureless state and only closes under a certain pressure is called NO or carries this designation.NO stands for normally open. These pressure switches are suitable, for example, for detecting whether a certain pressure is present to activate something else, e.g. info LED or another process.

This pressure switch reacts to a pressure of 2 - 4.5 bar. The electrical contact is interrupted (opened) if this pressure is reached. It is an NC pressure switch. Application is mainly in the ultra-pure water segment (permeate), when, e.g. the tap is closed.Technical data: Switch type: NC contactConnection (for water pipe): 1/4" tube outer diameterSwitching capacity: 0.6A 125VDC, 0.3A 250VDC,Cable connection: 4.8mm x 0.8mm flat plug (cable socket)What is a pressure switch? In our case, we are talking about pressure switches that close or open an electrical connection at a certain predefined or set pressure (in this case, water pressure). What is an NC pressure switch?A pressure switch that keeps a connection closed in a pressureless state and opens it only under a certain pressure is called NC or carries this designation.NC stands for normally closed. These pressure switches are suitable for switching off, e.g. relays or pumps, when a certain pressure is reached. What is a NO pressure switch?A pressure switch that keeps a connection open in a depressurised state and closes only under a certain pressure is called NO or carries this designation.NO stands for normally open. These pressure switches are suitable, e.g. for recognising whether a certain pressure is present to activate something else, e.g. an info LED or another process. In addition, there are toggle pressure switches, which can also be NO or NC, depending on the assignment (connection).

This pressure switch reacts to a pressure of 0 - 0.5 bar. If this pressure is reached, the electrical contact is closed. It is a normally open (NO) pressure switch. Application is mainly in the water supply to detect the input pressure in front of the device.Technical data: Switch type: NO contactConnection (for water pipe): 1/4" tube outer diameterSwitching capacity: 0.6A 125VDC, 0.3A 250VDC,Cable connection: 4.8mm x 0.8mm flat plug (cable socket)What is a pressure switch? In our case, we are talking about pressure switches that close or open an electrical connection at a certain predefined or set pressure (in this case, water pressure). What is an NC pressure switch?A pressure switch that keeps a connection closed in a pressureless state and opens it only under a certain pressure is called NC or carries this designation.NC stands for normally closed.
