Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
(A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities.)

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (VISION AQUA® Technology GmbH, Dorfstr. 20, 85298 Scheyern / Vieth, Phone number: +49 8441 79 79 730, Email address: ticket@visionaqua.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
If you have requested that the services to be provided under the contract, for which a price is to be paid, commence during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount which corresponds to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point in time at which you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with respect to this contract, compared to the full coverage of the services provided for in the contract.
Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the provision of services related to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for a contract for the provision of services if the service has been fully provided and if the consumer has expressly consented to the service beginning before the end of the withdrawal period and has acknowledged that they lose their right of withdrawal upon full fulfilment of the contract by the trader.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for a contract in which the consumer has expressly requested the trader to visit them to carry out repair works if the service has been fully provided, and if the consumer has expressly consented before the start of the service that the trader begins with the provision of the repair services before the end of the withdrawal period.
