Magnetic valves for water filters
Our magnetic valves are essential components for the safe and efficient operation of reverse osmosis systems. They take over the automatic control of water flow and ensure that your system operates optimally by precisely regulating water pressure and flow.
Efficient Cleaning and Highest Quality
To maximize the lifespan and performance of reverse osmosis membranes, regular flushing processes are necessary. Magnetic valves play a key role in this by automatically redirecting water flow and flushing the membranes to remove deposits and impurities. After the flushing process, they ensure that water flow is directed back to the normal operating direction.
An efficient protection of your reverse osmosis system is crucial to avoid damage from overpressure or excessive water consumption. Our magnetic valves work in combination with pressure sensors to monitor the pressure within the system and, if necessary, stop or regulate the water flow. This ensures a smooth and safe operation while preventing unnecessary water consumption.

RM Series Plastic Magnetic Valves The RM series of plastic magnetic valves has been specially designed to meet the ever-increasing demand for small micro-plastic magnetic valves. For manufacturers of plastic valves, it is nowadays impossible to offer water valves, pneumatic valves as well as magnetic gas valves, which can provide a flow rate of more than 70 l/min at a working pressure of 0.2 to 10 bar. These plastic magnetic valves are available as "normally closed" or "normally open". This magnetic valve operates in servo-controlled mode.Features:Normally open / normally closed / bistable2/2-way servo controlledMaterial valve body: Nylon 66, 30% glass fibre reinforcedMaterial membrane: NBR (buna)Ambient temperature: max. 40 °CFluid temperature: max. 60 °CWorking pressure: 0,2 to 10 barConnection: 3/8" tube external diameter John Guest SpeedfitPassage valve seat: Ø 10 mmFlow rate: 36 l/min at 1 bar, 52 l/min at 2 bar, 64 l/min at 3 bar, 75 l/min at 4 barVoltage: 24 VPower: 6,35 WElectrical connection: flat lug 6.3 x 0.8Applications:Industrial parts or dishwashersIndustrial freezers and cooling unitsIce cream / ice cube makersDrinking water dispensers and drinking water coolersHigh and low-pressure coffee machinesWater inlet and outlet for many non-abrasive mediaIrrigation and steam atomisers
